Handicap Mobility Scooters may be used on grounds at any event with no approval required and are also available for rental on-site from Scootaround at 1-888-441-7575.

No side by sides, ATV’s electric scooters, mini bikes, dirt bikes, or bicycles are permitted.

Guest - Spectators/Showfield Participants/Individuals Golf Cart Requirements

Guests may use golf carts after 5 pm on Event Days. If they intend to use a golf cart on grounds during Event hours, the following requirements must be met:

1. A physician's note must be provided stating a reason a golf cart (instead of a scooter) must be used for transportation. Must be dated and updated every 2 years.             
2. Must provide a $500,000 General Liability Insurance Certificate.
3. The year, make and model of GOLF CART need to be provided. No side by sides, ATV’s electric scooters, mini bikes, dirt bikes, or bicycles are permitted.
4. When the required documents have been received, a sticker will be issued for your golf cart. The sticker MUST be attached to your cart and visible, showing that you have been approved for use on grounds. You may pick up the sticker at the Registration Office outside Gate 3. Must provide ID at the time of pickup. Must show admission ticket or purchase ticket @ registration building. 
5. It is the cart user’s responsibility to check in and make sure all paperwork has been received by Carlisle Staff. We will not contact you prior to the events.

Vendors - Businesses/Corporations

4. When the required documents have been received, a sticker will be issued for your golf cart.
